Frederick & Co are a leading law firm based in Glasgow with an established and loyal client base. Our main office is located within Glasgow’s West End district, close to Charing Cross, with an additional branch office located on Paisley Road West, in Glasgow’s south side.

Our team has a long-standing reputation for providing practical, cost effective legal advice to businesses and individuals, many of whom have remained clients for many years, and we continue to pride ourselves on delivering solution-driven client care which is second to none.

We currently have a requirement for an experienced, highly organised Legal Administrator to join our team.

The successful applicant will be responsible for:

• Making contact with all new leads referred to firm

• Preparing fee quotes

• Sending out terms of business

• Noting interest with Estate Agents

• Reporting to, and liaising with, clients

• Discussing and submitting offers

• Advising of Firm’s Money Laundering Requirements

• Ensuring that all files are accurate and up to date

• Managing portal databases

The key requirements for this role are:

• Legal conveyancing or estate agency experience

• Excellent telephone manner

Other information:

• Possibility of overtime

This is a Part Time Role ( afternoon hours )
