Unique opportunity for a client focussed, experienced Customer Service Advisor who has gained experience in the fields of debt recovery, within Financial Services or a professional service working environment.

Working as part of the busy Litigation team, you will play a crucial role ensuring a consistently high quality of service is delivered to a wide range of client groups.  

This is an interesting customer centric role, extremely varied encompassing management of case files, utilising an in-house case management system to undertake reviews of client files, ensuring payments are lodge to appropriate client files. Review of files which require further action from the legal department.  

Frequent customer contact reviewing their financial status and agreeing and implementing payment plans. Compliance with relevant regulatory FCA requirements coupled with internal service level agreements will form part of this role, therefore meticulous attention to detail in all duties undertaken is prerequisite.

Full training will be provided to ensure you are equipped with the skills to deal effectively with financial services litigation cases.

The successful candidate will possess comprehensive IT skills, strong communication skills both written and verbal, demonstrates the ability to prioritise their workload and work to restricted deadlines, debt recovery/customer service experience.
