Contract - Legal Administrator

Office Angels are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Legal Administrator. This is a Contract role for 3-4 months, located in West Edinburgh. Office hours are flexible, between 20-35 hours per week to be worked between Monday - Friday, 09:00AM-17:00PM. Salary 20,000 per annum pro rata.

Job Description:

The successful candidate must be able to work as part of a team, have excellent communication skills and be a strong multi tasker with excellent Microsoft knowledge as they will have responsibility for a range of administrative duties.

General Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Populate contract templates for new concessionaires or amendments to existing contracts.
  • Liaise with legal support - internal and external.
  • Keep contract files and trackers updated.
  • Liaise with concessionaires, keeping them updated on contract progress.
  • Issue and compile competitive bid packs for new space.
  • Day to day administration support to BDM and Head of Retail.

Experience, Skills, Attributes Required:

  • Attention to detail.
  • Team player.
  • Work in open office environment.
  • Powerpoint and Word essential.
  • Excel and Visio preferable.
  • Prior legal experience would be advantageous.
