We're seeking a number of highly motivated customer focused Administrators for an ongoing temporary assignment with our Glasgow city centre, a well-known and regarded Building Society.

CANDIDATES MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR REGISTRATION BY MONDAY 5TH NOVEMBER 2017 IN GLASGOW, AND AVAILABLE TO COMMENCE EMPOOYMENT BY 13.11.2017

Ideally candidates must demonstrate solid Processing administration experience preferably within a Finance capacity, or alternatively other professional services areas such as legal, Insurance, property etc. This is a mortgage processing role,, and although 100% administration based we do require candidates who have the ability to work under pressure and achieve case work targets.

Duties & Responsibilities

- Assessing documents sent by the customer to support their mortgage application.
- Checking and updating information contained on an internal system
- Making decisions as to whether documents supplied by the customer, are satisfactory, or require further information.
- Occasional telephone calls to customers, solicitors or brokers.

This is a target driven environment where quality and attention to detail is essential.

- Experience - Processing, financial & admin experience is desirable.
- Computer literate with strong MS Word skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
