Connect Appointments are working with this stunning Award Winning Edinburgh Hotel, who are looking for a driven and talented Food and Beverage Operations Manager/ Director professional to join their innovative team.

The roles focus is the continued development of services and delivery through the Hotels, two Restaurants, Cafe, Spa, Bar, and Room-service in concert with the General Management and Heads of Department teams.

The opportunity is a pivotal one, and the ideal candidate will be a key leader in the operations, with direct reports and a large enthusiastic and settled team under the remit of the roles responsibilities.

Key areas that ideally you should have a track record of are; multi site operations, in-room dining, conference and banqueting, bar and volume restaurant exposure, financial acumen and planning, budgeting, mangement of capex and hard/soft resources, training and development of others, and compliance to all legal and required local and legislative requirements.

You will need to be a highly organised, people person, with clear communication and interpersonal skill sets. Ideally coming from a similar or large multi faceted Hotel of 4/5 calibre with 3 to 5 years in like role. Connectivity with customers, and staff is also very high on our Clients requirements, so a personality and out-going nature is a must.
