We are recruiting a Legal Cashier to strengthen our Finance Team. Reporting to the Cash Room managers, you will provide an efficient, client-focused, professional service to our fee-earners.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing ledgers, debit and credit cash balances, deposits and liaising with the fee-earners
• Processing transactions in Lawsoft
• Monitoring on-line bank accounts and processing payments on-line
• Contributing to team goals (such as back-up support) to ensure that the team can always meet the requirements of the fee earners
• Any other ad hoc duties as and when required

Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

• Experienced legal cashier with several years' experience
• SOLAS qualification is preferred
• Flexible and proactive approach
• Organised and able to prioritise
• Excellent inter-personal skills
• Good computer skills – knowledge of Lawsoft would be useful

You will be part of a department of 16 people working in an open plan office. You will be working for a firm with a turnover of over £26m and which has been named Law Firm of the Year eight times.
