A well established and respected full-service Scottish Law firm are seeking an exceptional and motivated solicitor to join their highly accredited Commercial Litigation Team in Aberdeen.

Your Role

• Acting on behalf of both individuals and organisations throughout Scotland, your caseload will spam an interesting variety of sectors, including IT, energy and construction, property development and partnership disputes. This a true litigation position, which will allow you a unique exposure to all corners of industry.
   
• Progression; beginning with a generalist commercial caseload, you will have the opportunity to develop and grow your specialism, in a unique trajectory which is designed around your skillset and interests.
   
• Representing your cases in The Sheriff Courts, Court of Session and other tribunals.
   

• Business Development; opportunity to attend events.
   
• This is very much a client facing roles, with extensive levels of client contact.
   
• Excellent working environment as part of a highly supportive and friendly team

You

• 1-5yrs PQE
• Strong Litigation background.
• Professional presentation and communication skills
• Positive attitude and can-do approach
• You have meticulous attention to detail, have ideas, and are a driven and motivated individual.
