Temporary to Permanent Contact Centre Agents

9 per hour

Office Angels are currently recruiting for Contact Centre Agents to join our client on a temporary - permanent basis. The positions are based at the Gyle and due to start ASAP. The rate of pay will be 9.00 per hour, for a 35 hour working week. The hours are a shift pattern between the hours of 8:30am and 5:30pm.

The position will be a 3 month temporary contract with the opportunity to be made permanent based on performance and behaviours.

You need to be available on either Saturday 18th or 25th of November for an interview. The interviews will run between the hours of 9am - 3pm and will consist of a role-play and competency based interview.

The Customer Contact Centre is the frontline customer facing area of company. You will be responsible for servicing customer requests via inbound telephone calls, email, web-chat and social media. They aim is to provide the best possible customer experience for everyone who contacts the company.

Role Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers actively listening to each query ensuring it's dealt with accurately.

You will be focused and polite when investigating customer queries and promote the company positively with every customer interaction.

Skills and Knowledge

We are looking for people with a passion for providing excellent customer service with a Contact Centre background. You will be able to demonstrate handling and resolving complex customer queries using a variety of IT systems.

This role requires excellent communication skills both orally and written, a positive enthusiastic individual with a can do attitude to Customer Service
