Human Resources & Organisational Wellbeing Internship

18,607 per annum, pro rata

1 FTE – Fixed Term until 31st July 2018

This paid internship is an incredible opportunity to help a student begin a career in HR, Wellbeing or Equality and Inclusion.  This is an ideal post for someone who is just finishing a degree in HR or another appropriate subject and is looking for work experience to enhance their career opportunities.

Working alongside our Equality & Inclusion Advisor, you will have the opportunity to provide support to the Equality and Inclusion Advisor in a range of work assignments and projects to promote diversity and advance equality across the College.  This will involve supporting the work of cross-college project groups, carrying out data analysis, preparing documents and working with a range of colleagues to support the work of equality and inclusion.

The post holder will also provide defined support to the other areas of activity within the team: Staff Learning and Development, HR and Health, Safety and Wellbeing. 

We are looking for a hardworking, self-motivated person with a desire to learn about the Human Resources and Organisational Wellbeing Department.
