Position:  Conveyancing Administrator

Location:  Glasgow

Salary:  Circa £15,000 - £20,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Do you have solid Conveyancing experience? Are you looking for a new challenge?

We are working with a market leading Glasgow based firm, to recruit for a Conveyancing Assistant.  You will be working to assist a very busy team of paralegals with a high volume workload.

You will be able to provide support across all administration related duties, as well as step in to support the paralegal workload to cover holidays and illness if required.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Submit registration forms online
  • Advance Notices
  • LBTT Submissions
  • Online Searches
  • Drafting depositions
  • Prioritising dates of entry
  • Land Registrations
  • Title to lenders
  • Settling files
  • Liaising with clients when required (to cover for paralegals)
  • Any other administrative duties required.

The successful candidate must have a solid understanding of Conveyancing and be able to display this at interview.

Hours of work could potentially be flexible for the right candidate.
