  • Manage relevant stakeholder and due diligence enquiries
  • Negotiate with interested parties in order to maximise returns from IP asset sales

  • Have a can-do attitude and can be trusted to be client-facing on behalf of Metis Partners
  • Can conduct yourself in a professional and sensitive manner when liaising with clients, their agents, and company directors and employees
  • Can demonstrate commercial awareness both in developing sales strategies and during sales negotiations

An understanding of corporate insolvency and/or IP would be beneficial. Previous valuation experience is not required but this or a financial grounding would be beneficial. Metis Partners offers training opportunities including the Metis Partners’ Foundation IP Course and the opportunity to learn on-the-job working with an expanding firm in a highly dynamic industry.
