Residential Conveyancing Solicitor required with at least 1 year PQE.  This will be based within the Stonehaven office.  The successful applicant will have at least 1 year PQE in conveyancing and ideally some exposure to private client. 

Duties include:

• Advising on sale, purchase and marketing of properties.
• Undertaking property valuations.
• Conclusion of missives.
• Security work relative to residential properties.
• Purchase and sale of plots of land, transfer of title, drafting and completing deeds.

Applicants must be qualified in Scots Law, ideally with at least 1 year PQE.  Experience in Residential Conveyancing is essential.
