Payroll & Finance Administrator


Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Payroll & Finance Administrator to join a highly successful organisation based in Glasgow City Centre. This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract initially.

The main duties:

  • Input and reconciliation of a monthly payroll
  • Processing the weekly expenses run, which involves auditing all returns and processing them for payment
  • Administering the gift vouchers scheme for the company
  • PSA administration - responsible for analysing company expenditure on entertaining to identify PSA items
  • Inputting and reconciling the starters and leavers on a weekly basis
  • Scanning, registering and posting invoices to the purchase ledger
  • Reconciling PO's to invoices for authorisation
  • Maintaining supplier accounts, updating with correct documentation in line with company policy
  • Reconciling supplier statements
  • Assist in month end closing
  • Dealing with supplier enquiries

The main requirements:

  • Payroll experience essential
  • Must have good system skills and have worked with payroll software
  • Excellent knowledge of excel essential
  • Should have up to date knowledge of payroll compliance and regulations
  • Strong communication skills
  • High levels of attention to detail
