If you have worked within an in-house environment either from an industry or public-sector background and have Contract Management experience and enjoy working with a diverse group of colleagues in an innovative and fast paced environment, then this could be the role for you.

The role is to support the firms Customer Management and Business Development organisation in the creation and successful conclusion of customer contracts.  In addition, this position will support Corporate Counsel, on a broad range of matters and will work with Corporate, regional and country colleagues to ensure an effective support of the firms regional and global strategy..

You will be responsible for:-

• The contract process within the organisation by drafting, reviewing and negotiating different kinds of Commercial Agreements, such as International Services Agreements covering both Engineering and Manufacturing
• Your career to date will have given you the necessary skills to support and counsel the business on identifying appropriate business models for such Commercial Agreements which they execute with customers across Europe and the U.S.
• You will have solid legal knowledge together with a well-developed business understanding allowing you to quickly identify risk along with the ability to provide direction to the business to mitigate such risks
• Your knowledge and experience will allow you to continuously improve the contract process in the Region in close alignment with the Global organisation
• Good strategic thinking, decision-making and problem solving skills are necessary
• Advanced written and oral communication skills as well as negotiation and intercultural skills
• Self motivated with the ability  to manage multiple priorities
• A ‘team player’ with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to evolve in an international environment to develop and maintain close working relationships within the organisation
• Excellent work ethic as well as high integrity and loyalty
• Knowledge of English Law would be desirable but not essential.
