Inbound Customer Service Advisors - Glasgow City Centre - January 2018 Intake

Are you looking to start the New Year with a new career? Search Consultancy is currently looking for inbound customer service advisors to work on a fantastic campaign for one of the UK's leading financial organisations.

You will be the front line contact for customers, so will be representing the brand. As a Customer service advisor your role is to answer inbound queries relating to car insurance products, record data and provide exceptional customer service to each and every customer.

The role will involve you working on a rotational shift pattern between the hours of 8am - 8pm Monday to Friday. You will be required to work 2 weekends each month and this will be between the hours of 9am - 5pm.

What we need from you ..
* You should be able to talk to a wide range of customers in a confident and friendly manner
* You should be target driven
* Excellent communication skills - the ability to find out what your customers wants and needs are
* Contact centre experience is preferred, however we are also keen to hear from candidates who come from a hospitality or retail background
