Description

  • Assisting in the effective systematic flow of eCommerce orders and customer returns; identifying route cause issues and escalating to relevant business stakeholders.

  • Assisting with a 3rd party contact centre - Supporting through peak times by being an escalation point for any customer complaints or issues.

  • Managing conference call between our retail stores, Logistics and Customer Service teams identifying route cause issues effecting inventory within our Retail stores and escalating to relevant business stakeholders for resolution.

  • Working with the Marketing team you will manage all inventory related to PR events and Brand influencers; prioritising and expediting through the business when required.

  • Supporting the UK Distribution Centre to control and prioritise the flow of product returns.
