Customer Service Executive - 6 month contract

Our client operating within the financial services sector has an excellent opportunity to those looking to join a team who offer a dedicated service to premier and private banking customers. This is a great opportunity for experienced customer service professionals to join an established team and make a difference to the customer journey and experience.

This team act as the dedicated point of contact for customers who have enquiries relating to their accounts. This role requires an excellent level of service recognising the importance of responding to and resolving customer enquiries.

This role is all about attitude therefore we are looking to speak to candidates that can demonstrate great behaviours in alignment with respect, integrity and service.

As the customer service executive, you will be involved in all aspects of the client journey from account opening to product management and development.

To be considered for this position it is essential that you have the following:

Previous customer service experience (Retail or financial services)

Client focused approach with excellent communication skills

Experience of dealing with inbound telephone calls and responding to emails/letters

Ability to prioritise workload ensuring you always do the right thing

Ambition and a passion to succeed

Applicants must be flexible between the hours of 7am – 11pm Monday to Sunday working 37.5 hours per week
