We have an exciting new opportunity for an Audit/Risk Administrator to join the Risk Management Team in Dundee. You must have excellent oral and written communication skills, good organisation skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines providing administrative support to the team.  

The Job

• Processing of Anti-Money Laundering documentation and up-dating the firm’s practice management system and compliance monitoring of firm’s AML protocols.
• Generate regular and ad hoc reports using the firm’s databases.
• Complaint/claim handling – inputting and maintaining registers, producing reports/ claims analysis /identifying improvements  
• Develop a knowledge of the Firm’s regulatory requirements
• Analysis of risk assessment reporting
• Assistance with audit procedures, including file audits

The Candidate

Personal Specification; Requirements - Essential/Desirable


• Good standard of education
• Higher English or equivalent
• Secretarial Qualification(s)
• A qualification in Law or Legal Studies


• IT literacy, including Microsoft Word
• Excel
• Visualfiles (Case Management)


• Working in a busy office environment and under pressure
• Working in a Risk Management Environment
