Our Dyce based oil service client are looking for a Legal Counsel on a permanent basis.  Joining a small team, this role supports companies within the group worldwide.  This role requires 2 – 5 years PQE.

This role requires contract review experience as well as a background in commercial and corporate law. Main duties include:

• Reviewing and negotiating contracts.
• Delivering training on legal issues to staff both online and in person.
• Company secretarial duties, including company set up.
• Providing legal advice to other teams globally.
• Managing outside counsel on litigation.
