Within this context and after an incredibly successful 2017, our well tenured recruitment, executive search and headhunting team in Scotland are seeking to add a Legal Researcher to their hugely experienced unit based in Edinburgh. The core function of a Legal Researcher is to map out, make introductions to, share career information with, and manage a wide range of legal professionals across Scotland. This is all with the aim to helping, guiding, and supporting Solicitors of all levels to make transformational career moves at the right time for them. You will create, build and develop long-lasting candidate relationships across the Scottish legal industry on behalf of law firms and companies, whilst shall support the wider recruitment activity of the Scottish legal recruitment unit. Importantly, you will be situated in a professional, busy and positive city-centre office surrounded by professional recruiters and support staff. At all times, you will benefit directly from the guidance and support of a strong, well known expert in the Scottish legal recruitment market. Although there is no specific professional background required for this role, to ensure you thrive with this setting you will need to be a strong relationship builder; shall possess excellent listening skills and high levels of emotional intelligence; will enjoy both written and verbal professional communication; and will have a proven ability to manage multiple tasks at one time.
