Managed Service Contract Executive

Adecco are currently recruiting a Managed Service Contract Executive to work on a temporary 6 months contract. This role will be covering the Lothian area. As Contract Executive you will be accountable for the successful Management, Compliance and Reporting of the 3rd Parties within a Managed Service Contract. Salary - Up to 40k DOE Responsibilities; - Manage 3rd parties by recording their performance in line with their KPl's in terms of finance, service and value of the contract. Deliver quarterly (or as required) 3rd Party business reviews to drive growth of the contract, through additional third parties. Ensure any 3rd Party penalties liable are calculated paid in the appropriate timeframe. - Consistent and regular communication with relevant 3rd Parties companies to demonstrate appropriate levels of contact between the facility and 3rd party suppliers to manage and develop relationships for the maintenance and Contract Compliance of the Managed Service Contract. Communication can take the form of conference call attendance, meetings in the field or joint field travel with said 3rd party company. - Work closely with the Contracts & Legal Teams to manage 3rd party equipment and service levels, contract changes, price queries and asset management. Demonstrate appropriate levels of feedback to Strategic Contracts Manager on achievements and actions plans for appropriate Lothian sites. - Efficient management of all administrative responsibilities including Management of Meeting Minutes, Contract Change Process and associated Forms weekly expense reports. - Strive to develop appropriate levels of strategic business relationships (high Level Trust Management) both internally (teamwork, networking) and externally (3rd party company's and the facility's personnel). - Demonstrate active communication between ADD departments (Sales Service, Contracts, Customer Service, IT Support, Marketing), managers, colleagues and the facility to ensure an appropriate flow of information. Qualifications/Experience A science-based degree or equivalent and previous experience as an Account Manager or Contract Manager. - Knowledge of standards affecting IVDs and Biologics. - A broad understanding of the diagnostic pathology working environment and priorities & Disciplines. - Key skill set: presentation, leadership, analytical, organizational, communication, negotiating, rapport building and problem solving skills, attention Evidence of ability to manage challenging business situations - Experienced in understanding and being able to translate Contract content - Understanding of the HMRC rules relating to Managed services Adecco is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
