Eden Scott are working with a fantastic Law Firm in Glasgow city centre, they are going through a period of growth and are now looking to expand their highly successful Residential Property team due to significant growth in business levels.

Role Responsibilities

As Paralegal, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing conveyancing and administrative support to a team of Solicitors whilst also managing your caseload
• Carrying out routine conveyancing duties including dealing with settlements, titles and missives
• Dealing with all client and third party enquiries in a professional manner
• Undertaking administrative duties when required

Person Specification

As a successful Residential Property Paralegal, you will have:

• Experience as a Residential Property Paralegal
• A strong background in administration work within the Legal sector
• The ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
