FPSG's client is a highly-regarded Law Firm who are looking to expand their highly successful Residential department due to significant growth in business levels.

Role Responsibilities

As Residential Conveyancing Paralegal, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing conveyancing and administrative support to a team of Solicitors whilst also managing your caseload
• Carrying out routine conveyancing duties including dealing with settlements, titles and missives
• Dealing with all client and third party enquiries in a professional manner
• Undertaking administrative duties when required

Person Specification

As a successful Residential Conveyancing Paralegal, you will have:

• Experience as a Residential Property Paralegal
• The ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure
• Experience dealing with a high volume of work
