We’re looking to have a chat with experienced Legal Receptionists who are looking for a new opportunity within the Edinburgh market. This role will be supporting a busy, family feel office with front facing client contact.

You will be someone who wants to continue the firm’s professional development with their increasing diverse client group. This role is a part time, Monday to Friday with the typical working hours of either 9am- 1:30pm (22.5 hours) or 1pm- 5:30pm (22.5 hours)

Are you who we’re looking for?

  • You must have previous experience as a Receptionist within a professional services firm.
  • Have strong communication skills – front facing client greeting.
  • Previous administrative experience – help teams with overflow work.
  • Extremely organised and have good attention to detail.

What does the day to day look like?

  • Working closely as part of the reception team, this role will be full time based on their front of house desk.
  • Dealing with all inbound calls and transferring them to the correct teams.
  • Arranging diaries for meeting rooms and catering where needed.
  • Providing mail room and administrative cover if necessary.
