My client has a well-established national reputation within the legal industry. They are looking for a Private Client Administrator to join their growing Aberdeen team.

The Role (Over View)

This role is to support the Private Client team with duties such as:

  • general admin

  • filing

  • photocopying

  • scanning

  • preparation for archiving

  • ordering stationary supplies

In addition to this, the successful candidate will be responsible for databases including the wills database.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Power of Attorney Administration

  • Keeping databases accurate

  • Booking keeping including monthly salaries and invoices

  • Debt collection

  • Maintain excellent standards of client relationships

  • Preparation of documents as required by solicitors and partners

The Person

  • Highly experienced administrator

  • Excellent organisational skills and immaculate attention to details

  • Experienced in dealing with people of different levels

  • Previous experience within booking keeping and accounts

  • Highly IT Proficient

  • A strong background and proven use of Excel
