As an experienced Legal Secretary, you will bring with you knowledge of conveyancing processes and procedures to enable you to hit the ground running and have an immediate positive impact when supporting this busy legal team.

You must be organised, have excellent attention to detail and accuracy standards, be a proactive problem solver and be confident working in a busy, fast paced environment.

You must have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

As Legal Secretary a typical day will include supporting the conveyancing team with:

  • Audio and copy typing
  • Booking meeting rooms
  • Processing legal documents and correspondence
  • Dealing with notes
  • Handling telephone calls
  • Assisting clients with queries
  • Photocopying and filing
