Among other things, the move will protect the personal assets of non-negligent partners in the event of litigation against the firm.
Patrick Andrews, chief executive said: "Whilst in many respects it will be business as usual, it is an important milestone for the firm, not least because it brings both the English and Scottish business together into one entity.
